The formula for Giordano’s currently well known stuffed pizza is one that has developed more than 200 years.
Its creation started in a little northern Italian town close Torino. Mother Giordano was well known around town for her impeccable cooking. Of all her prestigious dishes, her most dearest dinner was her “Italian Easter Pie”. Mother Giordano would serve this twofold crusted, cheddar stuffed artful culmination consistently for Easter. This pizza pie turned into a consecrated custom in the Giordano family and a legend in the town of Torino. A long time later, unique proprietors and Italian outsiders Efren and Joseph Boglio moved to Chicago to begin their own pizza business. The siblings presented their Mama’s formula for stuffed pizza. In 1974, on Chicago’s noteworthy south side, Efren and Joseph opened the first Giordano’s. Throughout the following 40 years, many commentators declared Giordano’s as the city’s “best” stuffed pizza!
